It’s National School Bus Safety Week: Share this Infographic to Help Prevent More Child Fatalities

Did you know that since 2000, school buses have been responsible for two-thirds of the school-age pedestrian fatalities? There are around 474,000 school buses carrying approximately 25 million children to and from school every day in the United States. We need to take greater safety precautions to help decrease the number of preventable child fatalities each year.

This week is National School Bus Safety Week (October 22nd-26th). NSBSW is sponsored by The National Association for Pupil Transportation. Help raise awareness by sharing the following graphic about the dangers associated with school transportation and the various ways we can prevent more children from becoming victims of such accidents.
