Six Monitoring Centers
Unlike other home security companies that have only one or two monitoring centers, ADT monitoring operates six nationwide customer monitoring centers to help ensure you receive dependable, uninterrupted service. If a natural disaster, such as a hurricane or earthquake, disrupts service to one monitoring center, your service is automatically transferred to another customer monitoring center.
First-rate Refund Policy
ADT monitoring wants you to be happy and confident with your monitored home security system. If you experience a problem with your system, they will do everything they can to resolve it. If a solution isn’t found within six months of installation, you may be able to take advantage of the refund policy (certain restrictions apply).
Control Your Home from a Web Enabled Device
In addition to a wealth of monitored home security solutions, ADT monitoring sets itself apart from other security companies by offering you ADT Pulse®. The ADT Pulse® app allows you to control your home right from your smartphone, tablet, or other Web connected device. The app is available for iOS and Android, and offers a number of amazing features, including the ability to lock and unlock doors, and arm or disarm your system remotely. You can also adjust your home’s thermostat (not available in all areas) and receive notifications, such as the kids just got home from school, or someone entered an off-limits area like the pool deck. With the ADT Pulse® app, you can even watch secure, real-time video of the camera-monitored areas of your home. Add the ADT Pulse® Voice app and you can control many aspects of your home totally hands free.
ADT monitoring offers two of the most groundbreaking technologies in the monitored home security industry, CellGuard® and 2-Way Voice. CellGuard® is a completely wireless system, which means your security system contacts a monitoring center through a cellular uplink, so you don’t need a home phone.
2-Way Voice allows you to speak directly to an ADT monitoring center professional through the system’s control panel from up to 75 feet away.
Theft Protection Guarantee
Not every home security company believes in its product enough to offer a theft protection guarantee, but ADT monitoring does. Should your home be burglarized while your ADT monitored home security system is armed, they may pay up to $500 toward your homeowners insurance deductible (certain restrictions apply).
ADT Mover’s Package Specials
