My power went out. What do I do?

If your power goes out, your backup battery will automatically kick in to keep your system running without interruption. It may beep at intervals to alert you the power source has changed. Clear the alert by entering your passcode.

When the power comes back on, your backup battery will recharge automatically. If you have any concerns about your backup battery, start a chat with ADT customer service or call 1-800-521-1734.

I’m moving. Can I take my security system with me?
